Feel Connected. Speak French with Manaelle.
If you’d like to know a little more about who I am, here’s my story.

My name is Manaelle, I’m 21 years old, and I was born in a small village in the Alsatian mountains — a place filled with tradition, culture, and the warmth of close-knit communities. Later, I spent five years living in Strasbourg, a city I adore for its energy, its international spirit, and its deep connection to French and Alsatian identity.
This mix of mountain roots and city life shaped who I am. I’ve always loved French culture — and especially Alsatian culture — and that’s exactly why I want to share it. Learning a language isn’t just about words; it’s about understanding the culture, the stories, the food, the traditions, and the people behind the language.
Since I was little, I’ve been passionate about traveling, discovering new cultures, exploring landscapes, and opening myself to the world. Languages have always fascinated me — the way they connect people and help them feel at home.
After completing my general studies and earning my baccalauréat, I chose to work in early childhood education. I’ve always believed that children are our future, and that we all have the ability to support one another with kindness. For me, my mission was to welcome and guide little ones with confidence, tolerance, and joy.
I spent over a year working in a bilingual parent-run nursery, and that’s where everything shifted for me.
It was my first real experience in an international environment, and I quickly saw how the language barrier could isolate parents — stopping them from taking part in their children’s daily life, from connecting with teachers, or even from forming bonds with colleagues and neighbors. I met parents who were courageous, willing, open-hearted, but limited by words they didn’t yet have.
It’s thanks to them — their vulnerability, their kindness, and their desire to connect — that I knew I wanted to teach French to expatriates.
Today, I use everything I know about childhood, family dynamics, school environments, intercultural adaptation, and education to help women, mothers, and families integrate fully and confidently into their expatriate life.
My goal is simple :
to help you feel at home in France, connected, confident in your French, and truly part of your new community.
Outside of teaching, I love animals — I even have a dog who follows me everywhere — and I enjoy learning about different cultures and ways of life. I’m also passionate about sports and reading, and I will always recommend something to watch or read so you can learn while enjoying yourself.
Thank you for being here.
I can’t wait to help you grow, connect, and feel fully yourself in your new life.
